What's going on with Erika?

I got a new computer and World Adventures for Christmas, I've been busy playing!
But I will get back to blogging about Erika soon... Promise!

Family life

Say hello to Aaron Simcott! Between taking care of the baby, redecorating the new house, work and writing novels, Erika didn't have much time for sleep. I think it shows in the picture! LOL.

Nice suit, Parker! He's on his way up the corporate ladder.

Aaron quickly grew into a really cute toddler. I can't for the life of me understand why he's got blonde hair though... hm...

Well, Parker wasn't the least bit suspicious. He gladly thought Aaron how to walk, talk and use the potty like a good daddy.

Maybe he should have been suspicious though! But this guy isn't blonde either. It's a mystery!

His name is Jess Mariano. I just now noticed the striking resemblance to Parker!

Mr. Spongey

Check out the T-shirt Parker was sporting when he slept over at Erika's the first time! Of course she made him change out of it, haha.

A lot happening at once

So much is happening in Erika's life! She's moved in with Parker in a new house, reached the top of the political career (Leader of the Free World), fulfilled her lifetime wish to earn $4,000/week in royalties and had two babies!

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Before asking Parker to move in with her, Erika was determined to let him in on her secret life as a trashy novelist. She had been writing several more bestsellers, for example Nobody's Baby and Lies & Deceit, making tons of simoleons - up to $16,000 a week! She had no intentions to quit writing, but Parker was getting more and more confused about why she was so hesitant to start their life together.

Erika: Parker, I want to move in with you but I have something that I need to tell you first. I haven't been honest about where all the simoleons are coming from...

Parker: I figured there was something you weren't telling me. Look, I hope you know you can tell me anything. We need to be open with each other, or this isn't going to work. If there is something on your mind, you need to tell me, Erika.

Erika: Right... Well, you know I like to write, but there's more to it than that. I'm a published author, and recently, people have been buying my books like there's no tomorrow! So... that's where I'm getting all the extra money from...

Parker: Woah! Really? That's great, babe! But why didn't you want to tell me? I thought an accomplishment like this was something you'd be proud of.

Erika: Well, I am, sort of, but... The novels that I write, they don't hold a very high standard... Actually, they're considered trashy, and, you know, there's a lot of... sex, and stuff like that.

Parker: Oh, okay.

Erika: So, that's why I didn't wanna tell you. I guess I was kind of embarrassed... Was that stupid of me?

Parker: Babe, I'm so impressed by your skills, I don't care what you write about!

Erika: You don't care? That's not really the reaction I was hoping for, Parker.

Parker: You know what I mean! Actually, when I think about it, I will have to take a look at one of your novels... Sex and stuff, huh..?

Erika: Oh, stop it! Ha ha!

So, it seems Erika had nothing to worry about! She bought a house on Landgraab Ave the next day, and Parker moved in with her. They barely made it over the treshold before Erika had more news to tell:

There was going to be a baby in the family!
